Notice of Intended Dividends

BLOWERS GREEN TIMBER CO LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 6 January 2003. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31 January 2003, to send their proofs of debts to David Robert Wilton and Mark Elijih Thomas Bowen of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT, the Joint Supervisors of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Supervisors to be necessary.
