Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator in this matter intends declaring a First and Final Dividend to Creditors, who are requried, if they have not already done so, on or before 14 February 2003, being the last day for proving, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Barry Gibson Mitchell, of Pentre Farm House, Mamhilad, Gwent NP4 0JH, the Liquidator and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the First Dividend or any Dividend declared before his debt is proved.
