THE 1980 SUNLEY RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all persons who were Members of the 1980 Sunley Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”), which commenced winding-up on 16 November 2001. The Scheme was established in 1980, by Bernard Sunley Investment Trust (Management) Limited and Associated Employers Limited became the Principal Employer in May 1996. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits have been identified and the Scheme Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a Member of the Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not received notification of the winding-up, please send details of your claim (including your full name, address, date of birth and particulars of your Scheme membership), to Mr R Hargreaves, Lambert Smith Hampton, 79 Mosley Street, Manchester M2 3LQ, on or before 24 April 2003. Claims received after this date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits and the distribution of assets of the Scheme.
