Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 29 October 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 4 February 2003, Clare Hayman, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of JACK OLIVER HAYMAN, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Waldron and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Hayman.
