Notice is now given that by the Deed Polls dated 23 December 2002 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 17 February 2003, Carole Patricia Ann Lyall, of 9 Stone Lane, Sutterton, Boston in the county of Lincolnshire, the mother of KIRSTY MARIE JANE LYALL and TRAVIS NOAL MELVYN REECE LYALL, formerly known as Kirsty Marie Jane Owen and Travis Noal Melvyn Reece Owen, of 9 Stone Lane, Sutterton, Boston in the county of Lincolnshire aforesaid, minors and British subjects by birth, under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 1(i), abandoned, on behalf of the said Kirsty Marie Jane Lyall and Travis Noal Melvyn Reece Lyall, the surname of Owen and assumed in lieu the surname of Lyall.
