THE A477 TRUNK ROAD (BROADMOOR, PEMBROKESHIRE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2003

Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Environment, acting on behalf of the National Assembly for Wales, proposes to make an Order under section 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order is to impose a 40 mph speed limit in the length of the A477 St Clears to Pembroke Dock Trunk Road at Broadmoor in the County of Pembrokeshire which extends from a point 288 metres south-west of the junction with the B4586 to a point 268 metres north-east of that junction. During a period of 21 days from 7 March 2003, a copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan and a statement of reasons for the making of the Order, may be inspected, free of charge, during normal opening hours at Broadmoor Post Office or the offices of Pembrokeshire County Council, Cambria House, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1TP, or may be obtained, free of charge, from the address below quoting the Ref CZ 510-02-27-0015. Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, and quoting Ref CZ 510-02-27-15, must be made in writing to the Welsh Assembly Government, Transport Directorate, Roads Administration Division 3, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ, by 28 March 2003. In the preparation of an objection and the statement of the grounds of objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection or representation may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
