NOTICE TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, I, Jacqueline Marie Hope, of 26 Uffculme Road, Birmingham B30 2TR, intend to make application to the Cotswold District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Cotswold Reptiles, Batsford Park, Moreton in Marsh GL56 9QB. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the Cotswold District Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Cotswold District Council at The Council Offices, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, and the Council Offices, High Street, Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire, during office hours. Any person wishing to make representations about this application must make them in writing to the Admin. and Licensing Officer, Cotswold District Council, Council Offices, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 1PX, within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person making a representation must state the general grounds of the comments. Comments cannot be treated as confidential and should not contain remarks which might be regarded as offensive of libellous. J M Hope 30 March 2003.
