Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that the Supervisor of the above-named Company intends paying a Dividend to unsecured Creditors. The Creditors of the Company who have not already done so are required, on or before 19 May 2003, to submit their proofs of debt to Eric Brightwell, of Eacott Worrall, Grenville Court, Britwell Road, Burnham, Buckinghamshire SL1 8DF, the Supervisor of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Supervisor to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to participate in any Dividend declared before his debt is proved. E Brightwell, Supervisor 14 April 2003.
