Notice is hereby given that I, CHRISTIEN GEORGE ELMS, of 6 Saturn Close, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 3GB, formerly called and known by the name of Christien George Sibley, a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, give public notice that, on 14 February 2003, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my surname of Sibley and assumed and adopted in place thereof the surname of Elms and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 14 February 2003 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 March 2003.
