Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to all known Creditors within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Creditors who have not done so, should lodge their proofs of debt with the Liquidator at Carmichael & Co, 4th Floor, 25 Cross Street, Manchester M2 1WL. The last date for proving is Friday 6 June 2003. Should Creditors fail to submit their claim by the last day for proving mentioned above, they will be excluded from the benefit of any Dividend.
