Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 December 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 25 April 2003, I, Sonia Elizabeth Wicks, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of RYAN JOHN WICKS, a child, single and a British citizen abandoned the surname of Stokoe and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Wicks.
