A public Inquiry is to be held into proposed modifications into the Richmond upon Thames Unitary Development Plan: First Review, in the Council Chamber, York House, Richmond Road, Twickenham. The inspector is Dr D. Robins, and the Inquiry will start at 10.00 am on Tuesday 1 July 2003.
