Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan which commenced winding-up 5 April 1998 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part time employment with The Phoenix Timber Group Plc, Buckland Wharves Limited, C.H. Smith Limited, Charles Jones & Sons Limited, Contiwood (Durabella) Limited, Durabella Limited, Market Harborough Joinery Ltd, Pal Electronics Systems Ltd, Pestronics Ltd, Phoenix Boards Limited, Phoenix Cox Long Limited, Phoenix Distribution (DIY) Limited, Phoenix Dransfield Limited, Phoenix Floors Limited, Phoenix Floorscape Limited, Phoenix Hahn Limited, Phoenix Hardwood Limited, Phoenix Preservation Limited, Phoenix Property Care Services Limited, Phoenix Scaffold Boards Limited, Phoenix Timber (Joinery) Limited, Phoenix Timber (Stoke-on-Trent) Limited, Phoenix Timber Engineering Limited, Phoenix Timber Group Plc, Phoenix Wharf Limited, Phoenix Windows Limited, Protim Services Limited, PTG Environmental Services Limited, PTG Floors, PTG Morley Limited, PTG Stafford Limited, RTE Limited, The Phoenix Timber Company Limited, Timber Assembly Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 10 August 2003, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon, Surrey CR0 2AQ. Marked “For the attention of Laura Cocoracchio” (acting for the Trustees of the Fund). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
