WHITLEY WILLOWS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

This is a notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person (including any former part-time employee (or their dependants) of Whitley Willows Limited having a claim to benefit under the documents governing the Whitley Willows Limited Pension Scheme or having a claim against the Trustees of that Scheme should send particulars in writing of the claim to the Trustees, c/o Whitley Willows Limited, Whitley Willows Mills, Lepton, Huddersfield HD8 0YP, on or before 30 July 2003, after which date the Trustees will apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then have had notice. If you have recently received correspondence from the Trustees relating to benefits under the Scheme, then you do not need to respond to this notice.
