STS EXECUTIVE PENSION SCHEME (THE “SCHEME”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, any former employees of Federal-Mogul Sealing Systems (Cardiff) Limited (the “Company”) who think that they are or were Members of the Scheme or any other person who has a claim against the Scheme, are required to write to Spencer Thomas at the address below with full details of their name, address, date of birth and period which they were employed by the Company, together with any supporting documents before 4 August 2003. After 4 August 2003 the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
