TEC NATIONAL PENSION SCHEME

The Trustees of the TEC National Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is to be wound up. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to pensions from the Scheme as at the date it commences winding up. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to a pension from the Scheme and who has not already notified the Trustees of the Scheme of their claim to benefits, should write setting out details of their claim to the Trustees c/o Andrew Taylor, Mercer Human Resource Consulting Limited, Four Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2JQ, within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement. If you are already in receipt of a pension from the Scheme there is no need to respond to this notice.
