BRITISH MARINE MANAGERS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
The Trustees of the British Marine Managers Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme hereby give notice, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is to be wound up. Creditors and Beneficiaries should make claims in writing to Vanessa Smart, on behalf of the Trustees of the British Marine Managers Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, Barnett Waddingham, Chalfont Court, Hill Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5BB, not later than 5 August 2003. After that date, the Scheme’s assets will be distributed in meeting valid claims and securing benefits for persons known to the Trustees to have entitlements under the Scheme. The Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming after that date which was not evident from their records.
