Notice of Intended Dividends

BROADWAY STRUCTURAL REPAIRS LIMITED

First and Second Dividends of 20p in the £ each have been declared and paid in the above matter. A Third and Final Dividend is intended to be declared within 4 months of 7 July 2003. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 7 July 2003 or will be excluded from the Dividends.
