Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 June 2003, I, Hannah Sasa Sokoya, on behalf of JABULANI LEON SHAKUR SOKOYA, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Mandon and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Sokoya.
