Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 10 July 2003, I, STEVEN TUNNE FABIAN-ADEKUNLE, of 91 Purbrook Estate, Tower Bridge, London SE1 3DD, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 6(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Fabian and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Fabian-Adekunle.
