In accordance with Rule 11.2 of Insolvency Rules 1986, I am giving notice to Creditors who have not yet proved their debts that I intend to declare a Dividend to Creditors within 4 months of 31 August 2003. Creditors who have not proved their debts are therefore given until 31 August 2003, to submit their proof of debt form to me at the address above along with any supporting evidence of their claim. Any Creditor not submitting a claim by this debt will not be considered for Dividend purposes.
