Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 22 July 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 August 2003, Tariq Mahmood Ditta, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of HASAN TALAL TARIQ, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Hanan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Tariq.
