Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 October 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 October 2003, Michael Francis Davies and Lesley Davies, as persons having parental responsibility, on behalf of ANDREW MICHAEL RYDER-DAVIES, a child, single and a British citizen, abandoned the surname of Davies and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Ryder-Davies.
