I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 17 July 2003 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 9 December 2003, I, SHELLY LOUISA PULLINGER-SCRIVEN, of 14 Hop Gardens, Church Crookham, Fleet, Hampshire GU52 0YL, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Shelly Louisa Pullinger and assumed the name of Shelly Louisa Pullinger-Scriven. 9 December 2003.
