TMP TICKETBOY LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that a Final Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2003,
of £7.20 per Share, has been declared payable on the Ordinary Shares of £1 each, in
the Capital of TMP TicketBoy Limited. The Dividend is payable on or after 28 January
2004, and holders of Share Warrants to Bearer should lodge Coupon No 6 for payment
at the registered offices of the Company situated at Woodbridge House, Chapel Road,
Smallfield, Surrey RH6 9NW. Coupon listing forms may be obtained from the Company.
