Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10 November 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15 January 2004, Rebecca Anne Schlatter, of 8 a Coopers Close, Kimpton, Hertfordshire SG4 8QU, the person having parental responsibility for HANNAH SCHLATTER, who is 5 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname Edmonds and assumed in lieu thereof the surname Schlatter. 15 January 2004.
