Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 January 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 February 2004, SHIEKH MOHAMMAD MUBASHER, of 37 Hawthornes Road, Wolverhampton, who is married and a Commonwealth citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sufi Mohammad Baseer and assumed the name of Shiekh Mohammad Mubasher.
