Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27 July 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 March 2004, Jennifer Elaine Beetham, a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of SAUNSHAE LEE BEETHAM, of Manor Farm Cottage, Green End Road, East Morton, Keighley BD20 5TR, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Shoaib and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Beetham.
