Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 23 December 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1 March 2004, Helen Mary Clough, a person having parental responsibility, on behalf of THOMAS OLIVER HARDMAN CLOUGH, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned for the said child the surname of Hardman Lea and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Clough.
