Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 February 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 March 2004, Lynn Marie Harling, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of the said LUCY PATRICIA HARLING, of Fulwood Lodge, Longsands Lane, Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire PR2 5RS, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lucy Patricia Prickett and assumed the name of Lucy Patricia Harling. 23 February 2004.
