CHARGES FOR AIR SERVICES
SPECIFICATION BY THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY
THE CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (NAVIGATION SERVICES CHARGES) (THIRD AMENDMENT) SPECIFICATION 2004
TAKING EFFECT ON 1 APRIL 2004
The Civil Aviation Authority (“CAA”) in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73, 74 and 75 of the Transport Act 2000(a) hereby makes the following Specification: 1. This Specification may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Navigation Services Charges) (Third Amendment) Specification 2004 and shall take effect on 1 April 2004. 2. The Civil Aviation Authority (Navigation Services Charges) Specification 2002 shall be further amended as follows: In paragraph 6, for the charge of “£55.27” there shall be substituted a charge of “£55.77”. In paragraph 7(1), for the charge of “£204.00” there shall be substituted a charge of “£217.00”. In paragraph 7(3), for the charge of “£135.00” there shall be substituted a charge of “£126.00”. Explanatory Note (This note is not part of the Specification) The charge for air services provided in the Shanwick Oceanic Control Area payable to NATS (En Route) plc is increased from £55.27 to £55.77 with effect from 1 April 2004. The charge for air services provided in the Northern North Sea Area payable to NATS (En Route) plc is increased from £204 to £217 with effect from 1 April 2004. The charge for air services provided in the Southern North Sea Area payable to NATS (En Route) plc is reduced from £135 to £126 with effect from 1 April 2004. (a) 2000 c. 38
