Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 17 March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 22 March 2004, I, EDWARD ROGER MALE, of 2 Berkley Close, Charfield, Gloucester GL12 8TE, married and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Evelyn Roger Male and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Edward Roger Male.
