Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 February 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 16 March 2004, by Julie Margaret Talbot, of 2 Parkin Farm Barn, Newmarket Lane, Methley, Leeds LS26 9DJ, the person having parental responsibility for JAMES BOBAK TALBOT-NOORAFZA, who is 7 years of age, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Noorafza and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Talbot-Noorafza.
