Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2 April 2004, STELLA ELIZABETH SHAND, of 102 a Eversley Avenue, Barnehurst, Kent, divorced and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Sterling and assumed the surname of Shand. 1 December 2003.
