Rail Link Engineering (RLE)
CHANNEL TUNNEL RAIL LINK ACT 1996
Rail Link Engineering (RLE) on behalf of the nominated undertaker Union Railways North
(URN) hereby give advance notification that the following public right of way is to
be permanently stopped up as authorised by Schedule 3, Paragraph 2 of the Channel
Tunnel Rail Link Act (CTRL) 1996.
Highway to be permanently stopped up (date to be confirmed):
Marsh Lane Footbridge (Leyton, London E10) with the provision of a signed alternative
route along existing footway on Orient Way and Lea Bridge Road.
Location:
Some 400 metres to the south-east of Lea Bridge Road (A104) and connecting land either
side of Temple Mills Rail Lands, Temple Mills Mainline, and Orient Way (Leyton Relief
Road).
28 day Period of Representation:
A 28 day period of representation (until 20 May 2004) is provided from the publication
date of this notice (as below). Representations are to be made in writing to:

Leyton, London E10 7EU.
