ZOO LICENSING ACT 1981 (AS AMENDED)

I, Malcolm V Harris of Sagana Lodge, Gore Lane, Eastry, near Sandwich, Kent CT13 0ED, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice I intend to make application to Dover District Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at South East Water Gardens, A256 Dover Road, Sandwich, Kent CT13 0DG. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Council at White Cliffs Business Park, Dover CT16 3PJ, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
