Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 April 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 23 April 2004, Paul Bridge and Joanne Bridge, of 99 Redman House, Lant Street, London SE1 1QW, the persons having parental responsiblity for TERRI JOSEPHINE BRIDGE, who is 13 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Wagstaff and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Bridge. 20 April 2004.
