Notice is hereby given that an Interim Dividend for the year ended 31 December 2004, of £3,500 per share has been declared payable on the Ordinary Shares of £1 each, in the capital of Traffic Management Products Limited. The Dividend is payable on or after 12 May 2004, and holders of Share Warrants to Bearer should lodge Coupon No 7 for payment at the registered office of the Company situated at Woodbridge House, Chapel Road, Smallfield, Surrey RH6 9NW.
