Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that I, K S Girn, of Gore and Company, Soane Point, 6-8 Market Place, Reading RG1 2EG, the Liquidator of the Company intend to pay a Dividend to the Creditors of the Company within 4 months of the last date for proving which is 21 days from the date of this notice. Creditors who have not proved their debts are required, on or before 2 July 2004, the last date for proving, to submit to me their proof of debt at Gore and Co, Soane Point, 6-8 Market Place, Reading RG1 2EG, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to me to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the Dividend so declared.
