Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 April 2004 and enrolled the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 June 2004, Veronica Smith, residing at Flat 2/1, 20 Trafalgar Street, Clydebank G81 4ED, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of STEWART SMITH, a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Ward and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Smith.
