Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8 March 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 May 2004 by Carrieanne Lucy Hyde, of 39 Station Road, Codsall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire WV5 1BY, the person having parental responsibility for MILLIE ROSE HYDE-JONES, who is 5 years of age, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Boden-Jones and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Hyde-Jones.
