THE WESTMINSTER PRESS PENSION SCHEME (THE “SCHEME”)

Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is in the process of being wound up. Members of the Scheme who have already received details of the winding-up of from the Trustee need take no further action. In any other case the Trustee requires an interested party to send in writing particulars of his or her claim in respect of the Scheme to the Trustee (named below) within 2 months from the date of this notice. At the expiration of this time the Trustee will proceed to complete the distribution of the assets of the Scheme and shall not be liable to any person in respect of whose claim the Trustee has not had notice at the time of final distribution.
