I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 30 June 2003 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 21 June 2004, I, Angela Elizabeth Paton, of 11 Allensway Avenue, Stanford Le Hope, Essex SS17 7HE, the mother of JAMES ANTONY PATON, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth as defined by section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of James Antony Loten and assumed the name of James Antony Paton. 21 June 2004.
