Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 11 June 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 11 June 2004, I, FARAH NAZ SAYED, of 76 Saxon Road, Southall, London UB1, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 6(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Farah Naz Syeda and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Farah Naz Sayed.
