BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 27 July 2004 to order that such representations be taken into account by a Committee of the Privy Council on 1 September 2004. 1. St Andrew’s Churchyard, Chesterton, Cambridge; 2. The Old Churchyard of St Paternus, South Petherwin, Cornwall; 3. Holy Trinity Churchyard, Martin, Lincolnshire; 4. St John’s Churchyard, Chase Terrace, Staffordshire; 5. St Peter & St Paul Churchyard, Stainton, Middlesbrough; 6. All Saints Churchyard, Westbury, Wiltshire.
