Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 15 July 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 August 2004, Miss Emma Joanne Pearce, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said minor MARTYN MICHAEL PEARCE, who is a child, single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Martyn Michael O’Hara and assumed the name of Martyn Michael Pearce. 15 July 2004.
