Notice of Intended Dividends

In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, Part II, we hereby give notice that we intend to pay an Interim Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so before 30 September 2004. It is our intention to declare a Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
