Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 27 August 2004, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 27 August 2004, by Nicola Calcott and Garry Martin, of 8 Waldeck Court, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 4FE, the persons having parental responsibility for: JOSHUA LEE MARTIN, 4 years old, single and British citizens by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Calcott and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Martin. 27 August 2004.
