The Q ueen has been pleased to approve the appointment of Stella Rosemary Clarke CBE JP DL as Vice Lord Lieutenant for the county of Bristol to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the county, through sickness and other inability to act.
