Supreme Court of England and Wales on 22 October 2004 by Christine Doris Brunt, of
86 Rowan Crescent, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, the person having parental responsibility
for ALGERNON SOL HENRY-BRUNT, who is 3 years old, single and a British citizen by
virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of
Algernon Sol Henry and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Algernon Sol Henry-Brunt.
